badge is held in place with tape. tool is inserted from insde the drum, sleeves are inserted inside the grommet to hold bolt in center of the grommet hole, large nylon washer then metal washer then nut. note; the nylon washer is a snug fit to the bolt - this ensures a protective fit to the grommet.
