close view of front side of Gretsch tom mount. the Gretsch looks to be the 'design enfluence' for the SV Drums kit I have. The low mass lugs look to be the same as well. noted that the similar SV Drums parts have a lower final finish of the plated cast parts, yet seem to be the exact copy of the Gretsch. The SV used cast hoops only on the snare.
