Most of you guessed it right, which I'm surprised! XD Yes, Koji and Ai are a couple and they're brilliantly happy together~ Being that Ai has a very close relationship with Koji's younger sister, Koharu, they had known each other for years before they began to romance each other. Losing his wife, Koji was stuck in the same lonesome position as Ai was for so very long. They were there for each other, and found new love in the process. :D Though it wasn't easy XD There is much more to it, but that's all I'll type out for now. As time goes by, I'll explain more~ (L)
